Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

Concurrent Technologies Corporation seeks an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to support the Marine Corps FRCS Enterprise Architecture within its Energy, Resilience and Sustainability Division. This remote position will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining secure OT environments for critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the OT‑specific Cybersecurity Architect for the Marine Corps FRCS Enterprise Architecture.
• Plan and coordinate a MCEN‑hosted FRCS Reference Architecture using SDN, SDA, and continuous monitoring platforms.
• Develop and maintain enterprise POA&Ms, RASCI charts, MOAs, MOUs, and SLAs for FRCS server hosting and firewall management.
• Provide technical support for FRCS authorization, ATO processes, and cybersecurity assessments.
• Create and update security documentation including Security Plans, Configuration Management Plans, and Incident Response Plans.
• Assess OT network security postures, perform protocol analysis (Modbus, DNP3, OPC), and guide vendor compliance.
• Travel to Marine Corps installations to support architecture planning and cybersecurity expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or 10+ years in cybersecurity architecture, OT/ICS security, or RMF system authorization.
• Experience developing enterprise architectures in federal or DoD environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Software‑Defined Networking (SDN) and Software‑Defined Access (SDA).
• OT/ICS security engineering, including Modbus, DNP3, OPC protocol analysis.
• Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and POA&M development.
• Zero Trust Architecture principles applied to OT environments.
• SharePoint site design and documentation workflow management.
