About the role
Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in a hybrid capacity. You will help connect qualified educators with client schools while representing Kelly’s brand in the community. This role offers a blend of office work and on‑site recruiting activities across Passaic County.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
- Serve as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community organizations and educational centers.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
- Represent Kelly at job fairs, recruiting events and other talent‑acquisition activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 % locally for hiring and recruiting events.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Base salary range of $51,300 – $68,400 per year, dependent on experience and location.
