About the role
Allies Of Skin is looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to manage core HR operations. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will own recruiting support, payroll administration, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle processes while helping to scale HR programs for a growing company.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruiting operations, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management.
- Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience and ensure efficient movement of roles from intake to offer.
- Execute day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, handling onboarding logistics and maintaining compliant employee records.
- Support bi‑weekly payroll processing, audit employee data, and ensure compliance with wage, hour, and employment regulations.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, identify process improvements, and serve as a resource for managers and employees on HR programs, HRIS, and benefits.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with direct ownership of key HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting payroll processes and HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting workflows independently.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
