Remote Junior Recruiter

About the role

Neat N’ Tidy is seeking a motivated Remote Junior Recruiter to support the hiring of cleaning professionals across multiple U.S. markets. This entry‑level position is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified cleaning candidates using Facebook, Nextdoor, local community networks and other online platforms.
• Write and post engaging job ads that highlight the benefits of working with Neat N’ Tidy.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone or virtual interviews, and assess candidate reliability, skills, and availability.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with management to understand staffing needs and provide regular hiring updates.
• Oversee onboarding, run orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration of new cleaners.
• Track recruitment metrics, report insights, and refine sourcing strategies based on hiring trends.
• Provide light post‑service customer follow‑up and relay feedback to management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort with social media, job boards, and online sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous process improvement.
