Delivery Trainer – Rural Super Rural (RSR)

About the role

Amazon’s Rural Super Rural (RSR) team is looking for a self‑motivated Delivery Trainer to build a network of customer‑centric Delivery Associates in remote areas. You will mentor new drivers, lead classroom sessions and hands‑on drive‑alongs, and ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 Delivery Associates, both in‑station and on‑the‑road.
• Conduct drive‑alongs to demonstrate safe driving practices and operational procedures.
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners, Operations Managers, Area Managers and Learning Teams to coordinate training schedules and resources.
• Maintain the Driver Qualification File (DQF) and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Answer associate questions, provide feedback and continuously improve training content.

Required profile

• Passion for mentoring and teaching large groups.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Strong commitment to Amazon Leadership Principles, especially Bias for Action.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• Eligible to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) driver qualification requirements.
