Data Engineer – Analytics

About the role

Rogo is building the analytics backbone for its AI‑driven finance platform. As a Data Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end analytics infrastructure, ensuring pipelines, data models and reliability scale with rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, Snowflake data warehouse, and dbt transformation models.
• Develop and run evaluation and testing layers for internal and customer‑facing analytics surfaces.
• Define, document, and monitor core KPIs, handling changes in pipelines, definitions, or business dynamics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn internal analytics work into customer‑visible features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in data or analytics engineering with production data systems.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work autonomously across multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity about business impact of data and comfort interpreting KPI changes.

Required skills

• Deep SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Snowflake (or comparable cloud data warehouse).
• Hands‑on dbt experience (models, tests, macros, incremental strategies).
• Strong Python programming for pipeline and transformation work.
