Customer Success Executive – Hospital Patient Monitoring

About the role

Overseeing the full lifecycle of strategy, execution, adoption, and value delivery for long‑term strategic partnerships within the Hospital Patient Monitoring ecosystem. The role drives clinical, operational and financial improvements by working closely with clinical, operational, technical and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a data‑driven customer success and outcomes roadmap across strategic partnerships and traditional service models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services and Solutions & Delivery teams to ensure seamless project delivery, secure renewals and grow existing agreements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor linking customer objectives to Philips’ monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, software solutions and emerging innovations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategic Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success or Clinical Transformation within hospital healthcare or medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) or 9+ years of related experience; Gainsight certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce for KPI evaluation, management and reporting.
• Gainsight (certification preferred).

What we offer

• Base salary range $131,000 – $208,000 per year.
