Front Desk Representative – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Representative who is fluent in Arabic to join our Rejuvenating Fertility Center in Manhattan. The role involves managing daily front‑office operations and providing professional support to patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the director’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle email correspondence and perform general office tasks such as printing, filing, and faxing.
• Maintain electronic and hard medical files and assist with data entry.
• Manage office inventory and run errands as needed.
• Provide general assistance to patients and staff throughout the day.

Required profile

• Previous administrative experience in a medical office setting.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Mature, discreet and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
