Customer Success Engineer

About the role

Roboflow is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to help self‑serve and corporate customers become confident, independent users of its computer‑vision platform. You will design and deliver technical enablement programs, teach best practices, and turn recurring customer questions into scalable educational assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical enablement programs such as webinars, workshops, office hours, and learning journeys.
• Create reusable assets (documentation, videos, walkthroughs) that address common friction points.
• Provide structured 1:1 Targeted Enablement for qualifying corporate customers.
• Monitor activation signals, measure program effectiveness, and collaborate with Product to close knowledge gaps.

Required profile

• Technically curious and customer‑focused, with experience in Customer Success, technical enablement, Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
• Enjoys teaching technical concepts live, creating clear educational content, and identifying patterns in customer questions.
• Empathetic communicator who can provide prescriptive guidance while supporting scalable self‑service experiences.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of computer vision and machine learning concepts (datasets, annotation, model training, evaluation, inference).
• Proficiency in Python and comfortable using APIs, notebooks, and common developer tooling.
