Configuration Consultant – RTSM

About the role

Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud‑based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is seeking a Configuration Consultant to join its Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. The consultant will configure RTSM projects according to study requirements, delivering high‑quality solutions with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to understand RTSM requirements.
• Configure the RTSM system based on those requirements.
• Lead design‑review meetings with customers.
• Provide expertise and guidance on RTSM design.
• Manage and configure data‑integration solutions.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot issues in complex system designs.

Required profile

• 2+ year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or client‑relationship experience.
• Proficiency with business software, including MS Office and text‑editing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
