Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Support Lead

About the role

Adventum Funds & Advisory, a commercial real estate asset management and development firm based in Austin, Texas, is hiring an independent contractor to support its commercial real estate business in a fully remote setting. The role covers listings, property searches, client support, project coordination and business development, working closely with the team and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch, maintain and update property listings on approved platforms such as Crexi and the company's websites, and coordinate marketing materials and listing documentation.
• Conduct property searches and market research, prepare summaries and comparison reports, and contact landlords, owners and brokers to verify availability and pricing.
• Respond to client and prospect inquiries, maintain records in the CRM, and coordinate meetings, calls, property tours and follow-ups.
• Support business development by tracking leads and opportunities, assisting with pitch materials and monitoring the pipeline.
• Track activities, deadlines and deliverables, maintain weekly pipeline and search reports, and schedule meetings and property tours.
• Provide daily summaries of planned work and end-of-day reports on completed activities, progress, outstanding items and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, client services, administrative support or business development support.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and online collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Crexi, LoopNet, CRM systems and property listing platforms preferred.
• Savvy with AI tools and quick to learn new platforms.
