About the role

Join Philips as a Clinical Solution Specialist focused on Patient Monitoring in Lexington, KY. You will act as the clinical application expert, supporting customers throughout the implementation and go‑live phases of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products. The role combines clinical knowledge, technology expertise, and education delivery to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical resource for HPM customers, collaborating with field service, sales, and project management teams during multi‑phase implementations.
• Assess customer workflows, develop education plans, configure custom solutions, and deliver equipment and application training.
• Support first‑use scenarios, promote ongoing adoption, and optimize complex monitoring solutions.
• Travel up to 90% of the time across the Central district, with occasional overnight stays and national travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent licensure) with an active RN license.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+).

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
• Clinical application expertise for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) products.
• Experience delivering adult education and technical training in a healthcare environment.
