About the role

This co‑op position offers the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists developing drug‑device combination products for bladder cancer treatment. You will gain hands‑on experience from concept through scale‑up and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype drug‑device combination and delivery system products.
• Conduct laboratory testing to evaluate prototype performance and support formulation, device, and combination product development.
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports.
• Support pre‑clinical activities by manufacturing and characterizing investigational products.
• Analyze data using MATLAB, R, Python and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented with strong written and communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a laboratory environment with basic wet‑lab skills (sample dilutions, aseptic technique).

Required skills

• Python, R or MATLAB programming.
• Wet‑lab techniques and laboratory notebook documentation.
