Chief of Staff

About the role

Quindar is seeking a Chief of Staff to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness as the company scales. This 12‑24 month position may evolve into a senior leadership role, and future founders are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CEO priorities into actionable plans, assign owners, set deadlines, and track decisions.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and decision memos for board, investors, customers, and high‑stakes meetings, often related to U.S. national security.
• Run the CEO‑facing leadership cadence, including agenda setting, pre‑wiring topics, and ensuring follow‑through on actions.
• Own and drive urgent or strategic special projects that require CEO‑level attention, coordinating cross‑functional teams across Growth, Product, Engineering, Programs, and Operations.

Required profile

• Understanding of national security programs and initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong operator capable of moving ambiguous problems from idea to execution.
• High ownership, urgency, and bias toward closing loops.
• Excellent judgment, independent work with senior executives, and low ego.
