Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

Lead the finance function of a private‑equity‑backed healthcare software company, shaping pricing, margins, growth decisions and overall financial performance. You will report directly to the President & Co‑Chairman and partner with the CEO, board, investors and lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the three‑statement financial model, budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis, translating revenue and margin data into operating decisions.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly board, investor and lender reporting with KPI dashboards and clear financial narratives, while overseeing accounting close, GAAP statements and audit processes.
• Manage liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities and covenant reporting, and support strategic transactions, valuation and deal structuring.

Required profile

• Hands‑on finance experience in an investor‑backed software business, including FP&A, reporting, cash planning and accounting oversight.
• At least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking or Big 4 audit, and 2 years in private‑equity, venture‑capital or senior SaaS finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA, CPA or CFA are a plus.

What we offer

• Total annual cash compensation of $200,000–$250,000.
• Equity grant of 0.25%–0.60%.
• 80%+ remote flexibility with occasional office access in Greater Philadelphia or Delaware.
