About the role

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross‑selling banking, lending, and investment products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Meet customers’ transactional, servicing, and product needs while ensuring an elevated, personalized experience.
• Foster loyalty by addressing concerns promptly and providing timely resolutions.
• Engage customers via digital platforms, educating them on self‑service options.
• Communicate clearly in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.

• Support nearby branch locations when business needs arise.
