Bilingual Senior Medical Billing & RCM Specialist (English & Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced bilingual senior specialist to manage U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle processes remotely. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and hands‑on expertise across the full revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Manage claim rejections, denials, appeals, and resubmissions.
• Perform accounts receivable follow‑up, investigate unpaid or underpaid claims, and reconcile payments.
• Verify patient eligibility, insurance benefits, and maintain accurate billing documentation.
• Communicate professionally with insurers, providers, patients, and internal teams while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on U.S. medical billing experience, preferably in a practice or clinic setting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
