Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Spanish/English) – CRM & Community Events

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Marketing Specialist to lead CRM campaigns and community‑event participation for our BOSS Money Transfer business in the United States. You will design and execute multi‑channel communications that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in‑app messaging.
• Create and manage campaign calendars, JIRA tickets, promo codes, and multilingual marketing messages.
• Segment audiences using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to personalize outreach.
• Plan and run A/B tests with the CRM team to improve conversion and transaction rates.
• Collaborate with design to produce visual assets for all CRM touchpoints.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust messaging, promotions, and tactics.
• Coordinate the community‑event calendar, preparing materials, communications, and offers for each event.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C communications or CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Braze platform proficiency.
• JIRA for campaign tracking and task management.
