Associate Registrar, Data Management and Reporting

About the role

The Associate Registrar, Data Management and Reporting supports the Registrar’s Office by overseeing the integrity of student data, managing reporting services, and ensuring smooth operation of the college’s Student Information System (SIS).

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data validity and integrity across institutional systems, establishing processes for SIS inputs and supervising data entry staff.
• Provide internal and external reports from the SIS, collaborating with Institutional Effectiveness for research and analysis.
• Troubleshoot SIS issues, serve on the Information Security Council, and manage SIS permissions and integrations.
• Coordinate registration activities, course repeat coding, holds, and support commencement planning.

Required profile

• Associate degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of customer‑service‑oriented data or administrative work.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in information systems and 5+ years of higher‑education office experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Database experience with Access; basic SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Oracle Student Information System.
