About the role
Join a family‑owned Domino's franchise in Louisiana as an Assistant Manager. You will lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the store’s financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all activities during your shift, including staff performance and store cleanliness.
- Manage cost controls such as inventory, labor, and cash handling.
- Enforce company policies and hold team members accountable.
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No drug or alcohol‑related motor vehicle violations in the past 7 years.
- Reliable personal transportation.
