Part-Time Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Golden State Warriors are seeking a Part‑Time Guest Experience Supervisor to lead and support the Guest Experiences team during events at Chase Center. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for fans while coordinating a diverse crew of ticket takers, ushers, concierges and other staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and assist team members on event days to ensure service standards are met.
• Brief staff on venue policies, event procedures and guest‑service goals before each shift.
• Respond to calls during events, make decisions on arena and guest‑experience policies, and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with inventory, event‑day preparation, administrative duties and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Train team members on guest‑experience information and monitor guest flow for safety concerns.
• Record guest feedback, medical incidents or facility issues with accurate detail for management review.

• Strong leadership ability and teamwork orientation.
• Professional demeanor in high‑pressure situations, including emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships across all organizational levels.
• Capacity to balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 30 lb.
