Assistant District Manager & Trainer

About the role

Wings Over is looking for an Assistant District Manager & Trainer to support and develop our quick‑service restaurant teams across the Northeast United States. You will combine hands‑on restaurant operations with staff training to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Work side‑by‑side with restaurant crews, preparing food, greeting guests, and modeling company standards.
• Lead and enforce standard operating procedures, food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide ongoing training, give regular feedback, and coach team members to deliver a consistent product and service.
• Resolve conflicts promptly and fairly, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain operational integrity, including inventory control, scheduling, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of food‑service experience, with at least one year in a fast‑casual or QSR setting.
• Serv‑Safe certification.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
