Account Development Representative (French Speaker) - Chicago

About the role

Fever for Business, the B2B arm of Fever, offers live entertainment as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. As an Account Development Representative based in Chicago, you will be the pipeline engine for its privatized events offering: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest, running targeted outbound outreach and closing group ticket deals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for privatized events
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to raise response and conversion rates
• Maintain clean CRM data and accurate forecasting
• Work with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales team to align campaigns and share insights
• Track and report on SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school
• Proven sales development experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company
• Fluent English and French; additional languages are a plus
• Track record of meeting sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter able to work independently and in a team, creative and data-driven
