Technical Service Specialist – New England/Upstate NY

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Service Specialist to support our Automotive Refinish business across New England and Upstate New York. The role is field‑based, includes a company car, and focuses on helping body shops and distributors apply our coating solutions correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise paint application processes for automotive OEM and refinish coatings.
• Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations and training for distribution partners.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert opportunities and achieve body‑shop KPI targets.
• Provide technical support during product selection and application.
• Assist Business Development in identifying and securing new business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive refinish or coating application.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train customers on technical topics.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in the field.
