Senior Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Reducto is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to build and run the content engine that educates and engages AI and software teams, business leaders, and knowledge workers. This hands‑on writing role will create long‑ and short‑form assets, manage distribution, and partner with growth and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a quarterly editorial plan aligned with company priorities.
• Produce and publish a variety of content including technical deep‑dives, guides, case studies, videos, and social posts.
• Drive SEO and GEO content strategy, shaping pieces for search engines and AI assistants.
• Interview customers and turn results into case studies and sales‑ready stories.
• Own social and newsletter distribution across LinkedIn, X, and developer communities.
• Repurpose major assets into multiple formats for broader reach.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, preferably at a B2B software company.
• Proven ability to create content that performs across multiple channels and measure impact.
• Strong writing skills, capable of turning concepts into polished pieces with minimal editing.
• Experience interviewing customers and producing case studies used by sales.
• Comfort working with engineers and technical subjects, asking detailed questions.
