Sales Director - Retail Tech - North America

About the role

Remote People, a global retail technology company, is looking for an experienced Sales Director to own and expand the North American market. You will lead both direct enterprise sales and channel partner development, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for high‑growth SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to post‑sale expansion.
• Define and execute regional go‑to‑market plans, targeting key verticals.
• Build and manage a network of system integrators, resellers and consulting partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term success.
• Act as the regional voice of the customer, influencing product strategy.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and deliver accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS or retail technology.
• Proven track record closing large, complex deals with enterprise retailers.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, omnichannel commerce and ERP/POS integration.
• Experience building and managing channel and reseller ecosystems.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build market presence from scratch.
