Sales Development Representative

About the role

Remote People is looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation for global tech and agency clients. This remote‑first position focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings to fuel the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ cold calls daily to decision‑makers and follow up with tailored LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Build curated target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and research industry trends to personalize outreach.
• Book introductory meetings, drive attendance to client events and webinars, and support accounts with meeting prep, reporting, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with strategy and communications teams to align messaging and ensure accurate lead segmentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or B2B lead‑generation role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to meet call and KPI targets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated by performance metrics.
