Retail Associate - Lane Bryant

About the role

Lane Bryant, the plus-size fashion brand, is hiring a part-time Associate for its store in Epps Bridge Center, Athens, Georgia. The Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that helps achieve company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and service: identify customer needs through intentional conversation, use company resources to reinforce the brand experience, share current products, fit and fashion trends, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Operations: support operational tasks as needed, plan and prioritize work, protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal employment laws.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to represent the brand through fashion and product knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence with mobile technology such as registers and iPads.
• Physical ability to move merchandise up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and to climb a 12-foot ladder to retrieve merchandise or replace lightbulbs and signs.
