Sales Lead, Epps Bridge Center

About the role

Lane Bryant, the plus-size fashion brand, is hiring a Sales Lead for its Epps Bridge Center store in Athens, Georgia. The role creates an engaging environment for associates and customers and partners with the Store Manager to run daily action plans. It is a part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and share product and service knowledge to help them shop.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans and assess schedules to maximize productivity and equalize payroll.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities with store leaders and share daily communications with the team.
• Support onboarding of new associates and follow brand guidelines, operational requirements and asset protection policies.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and enjoyment of working with people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technology, including accurate operation of store systems.
