Real Estate Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Manager supports Bagel Brands’ growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and advancing new store development opportunities across the company’s portfolio. Working within the Development team, this role collaborates with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance to ensure a robust pipeline of high‑potential sites.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze existing and prospective trade areas using demographic tools, market data, and competitive analysis.
• Review prospective properties, assess economic, demographic, and site‑specific information, and provide recommendations.
• Leverage analytics, local market knowledge, broker relationships, and cross‑functional partnerships to support development strategy.
• Conduct site visits, market tours, and property evaluations with brokers and company leadership.
• Support the Director and Senior Real Estate Managers in deal management and development coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in real‑estate analysis, site selection, or retail development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret demographic and market data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive approach to managing multiple development projects.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary range $115,000–$125,000 annually.
• Quarterly bonus plan.
