Assistant Community Manager

About the role

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our residential communities. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a career in property management while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with financial reporting.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
• Act as a resident advocate by listening to concerns, addressing issues professionally, and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Prepare and distribute resident notices, enforce community policies, and assist the Property Manager as needed.
• Step in for the Property Manager during their absence and help manage daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a safe environment.
• Participate in special projects and adapt to new challenges within a growing community.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
• Motivated, service‑driven attitude with a collaborative mindset.
