Lease Administrator (Real Estate)

About the role

The Lease Administrator supports the Real Estate function by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across Kendra Scott’s retail lease portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, this role acts as a central liaison between Real Estate, Accounting, Legal, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly rent payment process, validate invoices, manage escrow adjustments, and coordinate with Accounting for timely lease payments.
• Review and approve new real‑estate charges, recurring expenses (CAM, taxes, insurance, utilities) and perform annual reconciliations.
• Perform account reconciliations, statement analysis, and resolve discrepancies with landlords.
• Maintain accurate lease records, abstracts, rent schedules, and critical dates within lease administration software.
• Process estoppels, certificates of insurance, SNDA requests, and manage lease‑related communications.
• Oversee tenant allowance tracking, compile documentation for landlords, and drive timely reimbursements.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on portfolio status, critical dates, tenant allowance, and lease compliance.
• Support store openings and closures, ensuring lease documentation is up‑to‑date.
