About the role
The Proposal & Marketing Specialist will manage and shape high‑quality proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives for VGI. Working closely with the Business Development Director, you will support the sales pipeline and ensure delivery of winning proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce proposal responses from opportunity identification through delivery and government notification.
- Develop and manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and storyboards.
- Integrate capture artifacts, win themes, value propositions, and discriminators into proposals.
- Lead development of technical, management, past performance, security, and cost sections of proposals.
- Participate in strategy meetings, solution sessions, and storyboarding efforts.
Required profile
- Valid Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in proposal writing.
