Program Officer, Global Health Programs Management and Special Projects

About the role

PATH, a global nonprofit dedicated to health equity, is seeking a Program Officer to support its Global Health Programs (GHP) leadership team in Seattle. The role partners closely with the Chief of Global Health Programs and the broader GHP management team to translate strategic direction into actionable, decision‑ready outputs and to keep high‑priority initiatives on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support execution of high‑priority initiatives, new program launches, evaluations, strategic reviews, and rapid‑response efforts.
• Produce polished, decision‑ready work products such as SOPs, presentations, dashboards, and toolkits with minimal supervision.
• Partner with senior GHP leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage evolving priorities, iterate materials, and deliver on time.
• Craft and coordinate senior‑leadership presentations and communications for the Executive Team, Board, and other key audiences.
• Prepare and review internal and external correspondence, reports, talking points, and briefings for quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Highly proactive and resourceful, able to see the bigger picture while managing details.
• Comfortable creating momentum in ambiguous situations and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior‑level audiences.
