Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Reducto is seeking a founding Product Marketing Manager to lead its self‑service PLG and sales‑led enterprise go‑to‑market motions. You will work closely with product, engineering and GTM teams to drive sign‑ups, usage and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product marketing function and build the foundation for scaling the GTM team.
• Drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth and sales.
• Craft messaging and positioning for technical and enterprise buyer personas.
• Partner with product and growth to optimise the self‑serve funnel using data insights.
• Develop ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for both self‑service and enterprise customers.
• Create technical marketing content (web, blog, video, social) to fuel demand generation.
• Measure impact on the sales & marketing funnel and implement improvements.
• Support sales enablement with pitch decks, customer stories and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in fast‑growing, high‑change environments.
• High bar for quality, precision and ability to solve complex problems from first principles.
• Experience collaborating across technical and non‑technical teams and taking ownership from strategy to execution.

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Attio.
• Interactive demo tools like Arcade or Storylane.
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or PostHog.
• Lead enrichment tools like Clay or Default.
• Data analysis and reporting tools such as Hex.
