Payments Product Consultant – Charlotte, NC

About the role

The Infosys Financial Services unit is seeking a Payments Product Consultant to lead projects in the payments domain. Based in Charlotte, NC (with potential work in Phoenix, AZ), you will support financial institutions in evaluating, benchmarking, and configuring payment products while driving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives focused on domain‑specific product evaluation and system configuration.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, meeting quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project risks, govern scope, and identify additional project opportunities.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions while balancing project economics with strategic priorities.

• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
• Requirement analysis expertise.
