Maintenance Supervisor – The Isley at Windsor Hill

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of staff, vendors and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external service providers, providing corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance and supervision.
• Ability to manage work orders, coordinate vendors and ensure compliance with safety and code regulations.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and budgeting.
• Experience conducting inspections of staff and contractor work and implementing corrective actions.
