Lease-Up Community Manager for Luxury 55+ Apartments

About the role

Greystar is launching Album Dorchester, a brand‑new luxury community for active adults (55+). We are looking for a dynamic Lease‑Up Community Manager to lead the opening, drive leasing velocity, and establish a resident‑focused culture from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations, team members, and resources during lease‑up and beyond.
• Drive leasing performance to meet financial and occupancy targets.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, resolve disputes with empathy, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit accurate accounting, financial, and operational reports.
• Act as liaison with ownership, investors, and regional management; lead site visits and provide performance updates.
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, expense control, and long‑term asset preservation.
• Hire, onboard, train, and manage the performance and development of the on‑site team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management or lease‑up for multifamily properties.
• Strong operational expertise with a focus on customer service.
• Commitment to compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
