Sales Consultant – Apartment Leasing

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities for the Album Dorchester community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Collect and record move‑in information for new residents.
• Monitor market conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and retention.
