About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Data Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments. The role focuses on managing and manipulating data to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for all data work within the business.
  • Manipulating data using third‑party tools such as Excel.
  • Performing data imports and exports.
  • Running scripts for data processing.
  • Liaising with customers on data issues.
  • Creating KPI and customer reports.
  • Participating in client reviews and planning.
  • Executing ad‑hoc data changes.

Required profile

  • Excel experience.
  • Strong data input skills with high accuracy.
  • Administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a professional telephone manner.
