Director, New Products Value and Evidence

About the role

The Director, New Products Value and Evidence will lead U.S. market access scientific strategy, evidence generation, and dissemination planning for pipeline products. This role ensures early integration of real‑world evidence and market access requirements into development plans to support launch readiness and sustained patient access.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and integrate real‑world evidence and market access scientific requirements early in U.S. development and business plans.
• Develop evidence to support differentiated value propositions for payers and other stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning, study design, analytics, publications, and communication materials for evidence generation.
• Assess implications of the Inflation Reduction Act and evolving policy on pipeline assets and translate them into evidence priorities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate market access needs into actionable scientific strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Services Research, Economics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, Health Policy or related field; doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant research experience in healthcare, including real‑world evidence, health economics, or outcomes research.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare system, payer landscape, and regulatory standards.
