North America Operations Summer Internship

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking high‑performing undergraduate talent for a 10‑12 week North America Operations Summer Internship. The program offers an immersive business experience where interns develop leadership, technical, and communication skills while working on real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver insights and recommendations to shape strategy for complex business issues.
• Demonstrate decision‑making and project‑management skills across cross‑functional matrix partners.
• Leverage problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities to drive innovation.
• Design and implement tactical solutions using technical skills.
• Gain exposure to areas such as Strategic Customer Group, Scientific Affairs, Patient Engagement, Established Products, Government Affairs, and Advocacy.

Required profile

• U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship needs.
• Enrolled full‑time undergraduate, rising sophomore or junior, with at least two semesters completed.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site for 10‑12 weeks and relocate to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.
• Passion for improving healthcare and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $23.50 to $52.50 based on program year, discipline, and experience.
