Contract Psychiatrist (1099) - Titusville, PA

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, a provider of evidence-based mental health care, is looking for contract psychiatrists to join its provider network. You will provide care to patients through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups, conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medications. You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment
• Build patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Deliver evidence-based medication treatment following clinical best-practice guidelines such as measurement-based care and patient-centered care
• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services alongside your care

Required profile

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license
• Strong preference for clinicians with an active DEA license
• Own office space in Titusville where clients can be seen in person
• Ability to treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses, clinical complexity and severity levels; in-person options preferred
• Full-time resident of the United States
