About the role
The Data Processor I will index and verify documents for multiple customer accounts, ensuring timely processing and high quality. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling while supporting additional projects such as document QC and image tagging when capacity allows.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently index or verify documents while maintaining a less than 2% error rate.
- Switch between different customer contracts without mixing guidelines.
- Collaborate with team lead or manager to meet on‑time completion targets.
- Maintain accurate logs and reporting of work completed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written communication and ability to work remotely with a team.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software interfaces.
- Basic understanding of digital imaging concepts (file types, resolution, aspect ratio).
- Capability to troubleshoot technical issues and think critically.
