Traffic & Weather Network Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

iHeartMedia is hiring a detail-oriented scheduler for its Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN) in San Antonio, Texas. The role manages custom schedules, coordinates with internal teams and ensures ads are scheduled accurately and efficiently. It is a full-time regular position paid hourly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom schedules based on deadlines, workflows and client requirements.
• Communicate timely updates to TTWN teams about over-delivered and under-delivered schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling issues and tracking.
• Clear inventory for accounts that have not placed ads.
• Investigate system or order issues that prevent ads from scheduling.
• Stay current on all processes, procedures and best practices.
• Adjust schedules as needed for the current week and the upcoming flight week.

Required profile

• Ability to multi-task, interpret requests, prioritize and organize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while remaining a strong team player.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including potential for late evenings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required skills

• Exceptional computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Knowledge of traffic operations is a plus.
