Traffic & Weather Network Contracts Coordinator

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest audio company in America, is hiring a Contracts Coordinator for its Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN) team in San Antonio, Texas. The team ensures that all orders, whether imported or entered manually, are accurately processed in the internal BMS system and are complete and ready for scheduling. Orders for the scheduling week must be entered by 9 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday, so the work is fast-paced and deadline-driven.

Key responsibilities

• Enter SOEF and non-spot orders, including Weather and Traffic naming rights.
• Review, modify and research previously entered orders to ensure accuracy.
• Enter National GRP orders and manage Ad+ orders.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.
• Manage incoming emails and requests from the TTWN network professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Availability to work a 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift on Tuesday or Wednesday as needed.
• Ability to work extended hours or late nights to meet deadlines.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
