Credit & Portfolio Analyst – 2-Year Analyst Program

About the role

Habitat Capital is seeking a motivated Credit & Portfolio Analyst to join its two-year Analyst Program. The role supports Habitat’s mission to expand affordable housing by analysing credit, underwriting transactions and managing a growing portfolio of community-development loans.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling for loan proposals and structured financing.
• Underwrite credit transactions, assess risk and prepare underwriting packages.
• Manage and monitor a portfolio of affordable-housing loans.
• Support investor relations, marketing and communications initiatives.
• Assist directors with new programmatic initiatives and strategic projects.
• Travel up to 10 % within the United States as required.

Required profile

• Early-stage professional with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Interest in mission-driven financial services and community development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Atlanta headquarters while remote work is considered.
