About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Business Unit Director for its LOGA division. This senior, operationally focused position leads the strategic and day‑to‑day performance of a modern HR‑solutions provider, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, client expectations, employee satisfaction and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

Drive the strategic and operational performance of the LOGA business unit.
Manage resources, processes and teams to meet company objectives.
Align service delivery with customer expectations and employee experience.
Monitor and achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

Proven leadership experience in an HR or payroll services environment.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams toward shared goals.
