Business Development Specialist

About the role

Our client, a global iGaming leader, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive US market expansion. The role begins with a six‑month, fully‑funded training period at the company’s headquarters in Taiwan, after which you will lead growth initiatives from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate seamless game launches and manage distribution across US partner platforms.
• Identify and manage inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into long‑term strategic partners.
• Act as liaison between US clients and internal Art, Engineering, and Delivery teams to meet pre‑sales technical requirements.
• Monitor sales KPIs and maintain meticulous CRM records to optimize market strategy.
• Represent the brand at major iGaming conferences and networking events in the US and internationally.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in iGaming or gaming sectors.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong understanding of Chinese and US business cultures.
• Proven B2B sales track record with a hunter mindset.
• Willingness to spend six months in Taiwan for intensive product training (flights and accommodation provided).
• US citizenship or permanent residency (no visa sponsorship available).
