About the role
Rotork is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its Midstream Electrification strategy. The role focuses on expanding the company’s electric and electro‑hydraulic actuation portfolio within the pipeline and midstream sectors, which are undergoing rapid transformation toward zero‑emission technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Midstream and Pipeline accounts.
- Identify, initiate, and nurture key customer relationships at corporate and regional levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and supply‑chain teams to shape product roadmaps based on market feedback.
- Influence customer design specifications by demonstrating the value of Rotork’s electric and electro‑hydraulic solutions.
- Analyze market dynamics and create go‑to‑market plans that differentiate Rotork in the sector.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within Oil & Gas, Midstream, or Pipeline industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to translate market requirements into product concepts and technical arguments.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of planning and managing own schedule.
